"This was your generic hotel. Nicely kept, comfy beds, awesome selection of breakfast but the building is certainly older and it shows. It’s not falling apart by any means but could use a renovation. Everything was clean and check in/out was a breeze. Loved the breakfast selection, honestly I was surprised at how good it was. Pool was nice too but also quite old looking. Overall I would say solid stay and would stay again but more of a place to spend the night rather than go to enjoy the hotel amenities"

"We were celebrating our anniversary. I will say .the pictures on Expedia did not due this hotel justice. It is absolutely beautiful sitting right on the lake. The grounds are well maintained and hotel itself is immaculate. Staff were very polite. We used the pool and hot tub. Ate breakfast in the restaurant and food was delicious. Hope to return soon."

"Very comfortable room, great location, easy parking. Hotel bar was great, especially the friendly bartender. The bathroom had an issue with the shower knob, had to play with it to get it to work. There was a weird in-room announcement of an emergency around midnight that woke us up (luckily there was no emergency since we fell back to sleep right away)."

"Take the time to take a tour with John The full-time on property horticulturist and botanist. An amazingly informative and inspirational Tour. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and all the staff are exceptionally nice. We were there at the end of the season and we were made aware that new staff were being trained at that time which I felt was important to be aware offor both the staff and the guests. We will do our best to return."
