O hotel está bem localizado próximo da praia da Pajuçara e perto da avenida beira mar e de muitas conveniências. O quarto nos serviu bem, nosso carro ficou estacionado em uma das vagas existentes. Parabenizo a equipe do hotel, pois na correria da saída para o aeroporto, esqueci meu celular no quarto. A camareira assim que encontrou avisou a recepção que me comunicou prontamente. Com a presteza, gentileza e honestidade de toda a equipe, consegui meu aparelho de volta no aeroporto. Muito obrigada a todos!

O hotel é bem localizado e tem ótima estrutura. O café da manhã é ótimo. Os funcionários do hotel são muito hospitaleiros e bem treinados! Parabéns!!! Botem muito limpo e possui estacionamento rotativo para 10 carros. A. Gafe fica com a recepção para o pessoal estacionar. Apesar do número bastante reduzido, não tive nenhum contratempo. Achei o quarto muito pequeno. A cama também não é grande. Poderia ser tamanho Queen. O Box do banheiro também é estreito. Um ponto negativo que me envimodou foi ninguém ter me ajudado com as malas, tanto Na chegada quanto na saída. E havia funcionários no lobby do hotel. Acredito que não seja necessário solicitar esse tipo de serviço. Este Foi o primeiro hotel que ninguém me ajudou com As malas. E não era pouca coisa para levar até o carro estacionado na rua. Espero que verifiquem essa situação.
