This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

3 things I didn't like: 1. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. 2. Valet parking attendent left my window opened and cars In the car on my final night. 3. Depois de 8 anos voltamos pra esse hotel e foi melhor que a primeira vez. A qualidade na comida, limpeza do quarto e banheiro, área do hotel e localização excelente. Os quartos foram reformados e estão ótimos. Roupa de cama limpa e cama muito confortável. É um excelente hotel para curtir com a família, crianças e amigos. Voltarei mais vezes.

O hotel é confortável, a localização é excelente e a limpeza dos quartos também. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são muito prestativos e fazem de tudo para agradar. Mas a administração do hotel deixa muito a desejar... Eu realmente não entendo cobrar diária de cofre e pagamento de utensílios utilizados (Precisamos pegar 02 taças, 4 garfos, 4 facas e 04 pratos e tivemos que pagar por cada R$: 2,00 para cada um). Viajo muito e nunca realizei esse tipo de pagamento, achei isso um absurdo! Para crianças o hotel é muito ruim, não tem nada. A quadra de tênis não existe no hotel, ela existe apenas para locação externa ou seja os hóspedes não utilizam nunca. O espaço baby é horrível, precisei utilizar um dia e não havia nenhum suporte de utensílios e estava bem sujo. O quarto é bom e o armário excelente, mas precisa de algumas manutenções principalmente nas varandas. Não entendo um hotel ter varanda e não ter uma mesa com cadeiras, não faz sentido algum uma varanda boa e vazia... Sinceramente, o hotel tem tudo para ser MARAVILHOSO, pois a vista é linda, o quarto é bom e a localização é excelente, mas precisa melhorar muito ainda. E o estacionamento praticamente não existe, é um hotel de 270 quartos, com 12 vagas disponíveis. É um hotel ok que eu não voltaria.
