"This resort is in an excellent location for tourists. Half way between the airport and the major city of Funchal. The views are stunning. The staff friendly and very pleasant. The food choices were vast and delicious. We signed up for the all inclusive and it was well worth it. Lots of great excursions, hikes, adventures, dining and shopping."

They also forgot to put my birthday amenity until after we arrived but all in all the hotel was beautiful and had a very scenic view to gaze upon the mountains, oceans and sunsets.

"Great Ocean View from balcony. Overall cleanliness of hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of food provided, just perhaps not enough choice for picky eaters (alot of seafood and vegetables)...perhaps could have more plain meat options for picky eaters. Other than that good choice of hotel."
