"We greatly appreciated the assistance Mary provided in helping us get settled and find a good restaurant. This is an older property but the bathrooms have had a simple update. There are lots of small staircases to climb. The double bed was against the wall on one side making it difficult for one person to get in out of bed. The biggest concern was there was no hot water in the shower. Because we had an early train to catch, there was not time for us to notify the hostel or change rooms."

"My husband and I stayed here three nights. It has the most beautiful gardens to sit out in with the snow capped mountains in the background. Our double room with en-suite was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is on the edge of town with a 15 minute walk to the central square. "Experiência ruim, infelizmente. No quarto que fiquei, embora no alto e amplo, o banheiro estava inacabado (sem saboneteiras, porta papel, prateleira), com o piso molhado, chuveiro fraco e sem água quente no lavatório. O café da manhã impraticável (apenas café, chá, pão tradicional e manteiga). Por outro lado, a proprietária foi bem atenciosa e gentil. NÃO ACEITA PAGAMENTO EM CARTÃO!!! "

"Natura Inn Ian in a good location. Very noisy at night and in the morning with people’s voices talking from room to room. The water heater did not work well and you needed to turn the water down to almost nothing for warm water. The toilet kept needing to be reset after each flush. Blackout drapes would be nice. Breakfast was very basic. Massages were great! Guests receive a good discount. Not bad value for money. "

"The pass is closed to get from Mollatana to the hostel by order of the municipality, we tried to ask for permission to pass but they said that no agency could do tourism because there was no pass for anyone other than inhabitants."
