"What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our brief stay. Highly recommend!"
"The hotel was in a perfect location, close to both the train station and the bus stop to Machu Picchu. It was beautiful, spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. I would definitely stay here again!!"
"Room was very clean and also pretty upscale for South America. The shower has good pressure and temperature, though it takes a minute to heat up. Once it does, it's stable. Bed is comfortable and there are lots of outlets for devices as well as a table and chair. Very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu as well as the train station. The only downside to my room was that I don't have any visible windows. The other rooms do have though. Overall, I found it very private and comfortable."
"Great stay. Perfectly located between the train station, shops and restaurants. They had complimentary breakfast included. The shower got really hot. We traveled with our two toddlers, had a triple room and we were all comfortable. Check out felt early but they held our bags for us while we waited for our train. Would stay there again."
