"最高の一言しか浮かばないです。 それは全てスタッフのホスピタリティによると思います。 私たちの重いリュックを駅からバス停まで、また帰りもバス停から駅まで運んでくれたジョーンさんには感謝しかありません。 フロントでは部屋のアップグレードやマチュピチュガイドの手配など親切な対応、レストランではメニューにない料理を作ってくれた事、全てが素晴らしかったです。 こちらのホテルに宿泊すれば心配する事は何もないと思えるホテルでした。 このホテルの、素晴らしさを言葉で伝えるのは凄く難しい。。。 マチュピチュの他のホテルに比べると高価格なホテルですが、また泊まりたいホテルです。"

"We had a horrible experience at another hotel in the area and saw someone’s review, who also had a similar situation at the same hotel, recommend this property and we are so glad we took their advice. We enjoyed the hotel and the food options are AMAZING. It was lovely to sit outside on the patio and watch the river. The suite was perfect ! "
