"A nice flat, great for a family stay. However, the property was not clean upon arrival—there was a lot of dust and spider webs, which had attracted insects. The owner did clean everything promptly once we pointed it out. The kitchen was well-equipped with facilities like a coffee machine and kettle, but it would have been a thoughtful touch to provide a few teabags or some instant coffee, especially for guests staying just one or two nights. "We received the check-in instruction the day before, everything went smoothly. Parking right beside of the apartment gate, very useful to have the apartment on the ground floor for luggage. Apartment looked new, kitchen has no oven or microwave or dishwasher or washing machine, but well equipped to cook small meals. It is like 2km from the town center or less than 10min drive. Neighbourhood feel safe. "

"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "
