Cottage di Mackinac County

"Close to highway 31 so there was some noise from the road. It was close to the water but rocks were in front of the property so you couldn’t swim there. They did have a dock that you could walk on. Also they had a marina right next to the Cottages and we did rent a boat. The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed so that you could cook in."

"The stay had a few issues that made it uncomfortable. The host warned that the smoke alarm was very sensitive, the alarm went off 3–4 times during the night and disturbed our sleep. The bathrooms and other rooms also doesn’t have locks, and we had to use rocks to keep the doors closed, which was inconvenient. The instructions about used towels and general checkout were reasonable, but since there is no dishwasher, guests are expected to wash, dry, and put away all dishes before leaving....

"Great stay."
