We felt no heat was a big issue and we wainted some of our money back. They told us because they booked with you they could not help us. To contact you."

"Great location directly across from Shepler’s Ferry. They took care of our luggage from the dock in Mackinac City all the way to our room. Enjoyed Winchesters and Kilwins without leaving the building. The breakfast delivery was very good. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"Amazing place to stay. It is a hike from Main Street but well worth it. This place would be amazing for romantic getaways and our family of six loved it too. Fires with s’mores, soccer, bags, ladder ball, and so much ch more to do. The pizza was amazing and fitness center was clean. We will be back for sure!!!"

"Person working at the desk was very friendly. Room was large and clean with a beautiful lake view. The hallways were very dirty with midges, q-tips, screws, and whatever else you could find. Breakfast was super crowded. At best you could say it filled you up. Exercise room was a joke and should not be advertised. If you're able to look past the very dirty halls and not so clean pool area, then it is a bargain for what you pay."

"The view was beautiful. The rooms were clean. It’s just the staff that needed help. They seemed very disorganized. When we checked out, we took the ferry. They explained they would deliver our bags for us. Which they did, but they were marked for St Ignes and not our actual destination- Mackinac city. My husband and I both were very clear on Mackinac city as they asked twice. But they still sent them to the wrong destination. One of the bags that they delivered they tied so tight with a knot...

"I loved this place! It was only me and I was fortunate to stay for 6 nights! Staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions. Tommy had a mini fridge and microwave oh and coffee maker. I am trying to stay in the fall but such a great place hard to find vacancy here!"

"Staff who greeted us on our arrival was friendly and very accomodating. Our room and the hotel looks clean, hot tub was relaxing. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, milk, orange juice, boiled egg, toast, yogurt, and a selection of apple or banana. If you are a heavy breakfast eater this will probably not be a good fit for you but it kept us on the go. We enjoyed our stay."

Before booking, actually read the reviews — there are plenty of hotels on this block, and trust me, saving that extra $50 is not the victory you think it is. Spend the extra money and preserve your sanity. The front desk guy greets you like he’s auditioning for a community theater ballet production, complete with strange facial expressions that make you wonder if you accidentally...
