"The staff, Claudia and Denise were simply amazing. They even looked up where I could go and watch the Uefa Chzmions League Final because they simply heard me talking to other guest about it. "Very pleasant one night stay. Very convenient to old town (just across the bridge). Great views! Supermarket just up the street. We appreciated the designated parking. They have lovely staff who offered us an upgrade upon arrival. Breakfast was basic but there’s a great coffee machine with choices to please everyone. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Lodabile e intelligente recupero di un vecchio stabile. A giudicare dalla cura dei dettagli e dalle scelte adottate ritengo vi sia stata la mano di un professionista. Tutto è molto coerente con l’identità dello stabile, ma adattato alle necessità moderne. Zona centrale, ma silenziosa. Camere confortevoli e spaziose, dotate di quel che serve, letti confortevoli. Pulizia accurata. Colazione varia, dolce e salata. Gestione impeccabile, ottima comunicazione e massima disponibilità. "

"It is called a B&B and comes up on searches when you filter ‘breakfast included’. The pictures shown are of sumptuous breakfasts and previous reviews talk about the lovely breakfast. HOWEVER, there is NO breakfast. This was disappointing and we felt cheated by the advertising. We were also charged more local tax than quoted in the confirmation email. Having said that, the room was lovely, location great, and the hosts were very friendly. PS Google maps will send you down pedestrianised cobbled...

Our suite was marvelous, the beds comfy, the French doors on to the tiny balcony on to the river absolutely beautiful, the kitchenette well enough equipped to cook a meal, and the breakfasts were extremely delicious. The staff was welcoming and Bosa is a marvelous town to stay in, very sweet to wander around and a number of good restaurants, and a good base for exploring."

"Fantastic overnight in Santu Lussurgiu, a charming… And very steep… medieval town with many a tiny street and alleyway. The guest house is beautifully redone from its ancient roots. Mariano and his family were so wonderful and welcoming. Mariano’s second question to me was “Have you made plans for dinner?” And I told him no I hadn’t t and he said well tonight you are having pizza and sent me to La Locanda del Convento. Fairly legendary pizza to be sure, and communal table so one and all mingle....

Beautiful property - lovely pool - very helpful owner and staff - excellent buffet breakfast - supremely clean & spacious mini-apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"buongiorno,ho fatto presente che siamo entrambi disabili,ma non ci è stato detto che la camera era raggiungibile da una scala a chiocciola strettissima, quindi quasi impossibile da raggiungere, tanto che siamo andati via con un giorno di anticipo.Inoltre la stanza era veramente sporca, capelli e polvere nel bagno ( mi sono dovuto mettere io a pulirlo) il letto in condizioni pietose con macchie di origine sconosciuta... insomma un vero incubo.Non discuto la proprietaria abbastanza gentile,ma...
