Room was clean but dated (dark paneling with former screw holes) bed sheet had a stain. Cable box was inoperative, desk person promptly exchanged it with the room next door. Older building, but it was only $68 for 1 adult, no pet

I did not feel safe rooming alone. The guy at the front desk was nice, but the overall vibe of the place was spooky. Do not come here if you are expecting cleanliness or comfort.

Mold in dresser, mold in shower and bathroom floor. Door has to be forced shut, manager approach my son and told him to do a Google and Expedia review and mark high (he didn't stay at hotel with me). Sorry will not stay there again. If could include pictures I would.

Good for a quick cheap night.

this was a good clean bed and one of the oldest but hottest and high pressure showers Ive ever stayed in. The property is run down and old, but clean. The desk attendant is very helpful and prompt. Good basic cheap stay. Will use again.

Very nice stay in Kirksville

The room itself was found to be both quite spacious and clean. The WiFi worked well and the television setup was quite nice with premium movie channels. The room and area itself was quite quiet, too. The motel is located across the street to various eateries and is a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. The manager is very friendly and didn't mind checking my bag into the office when I arrived early.

You get what you pay for

Front desk could not find my reservation for quite awhile. The motel is geared towards "long term" guests and the upkeep is not very good. Definitely not well maintained.

Budget host

The floor was caving in. There was mold on the shower curtains, roaches crawling around on the dressers.
Door didn’t close all the way. It was broken.
The wall had holes in it, roaches were coming out of the holes in the walls.
Shower had a hole in tile, also had bugs coming out of the holes.
Shower curtain had built up mold on the curtains.

I would not recommend this hotel!

I didnt expect the Hilton but i expected the bathroom sink to drain and be clean. I also expected the room to smell clean not musty. Fortunately i woke up at 5 a.m. And drove 4+ hours home to take a shower!

The area isn't safe. Homeless people hanging out whole weekend with pitbull dogs running loose. Room covered in cockroaches! Showerhead didn't work. Frightening experience.
