So there was a lot of confusion when checking in. They gave me a room key to a room that was already occupied by a person and large dog( policy say no dogs ). Then they gave us another room. Housekeeping needs to learn how to clean up the coffee maker as the previous occupant used coffee grounds were still in the machine. That is not only gross, but it is a hygiene issue.
