"Thank you to all the staff that attended to us. Shout out to Grace. I already missed her. Greeting us with her smiles and asking how we are and how our day went. Grace was excellent . Went above and beyond by getting our room ready. And recommending what sites to see while in Barcelona and making sure we have our tickets ready. Was waiting for her on our departure day but taxi came. Overall, Our stay with your hotel was very nice and would highly recommend it to my friends . Thank you."

"An absolute fantastic stay, made more special by the hotel, its staff, the location and the standard of hotel. Wonderful room, junior suite with all the amenities you would expect, spacious, spotless, wonderful bed, double shower, mini-bar, coffee making etc. What made the stay wonderful was the politeness, friendliness of the reception staff, super helpful and even more so, it was my partners birthday and the housekeeping staff must have seen the birthday card I had given her on the bedside stand, and that evening there was a knock at the door with a bottle of fizz and chocolates compliments of the staff, an amazing wonderful gesture and example of excellent customer service and communication between departments within the hotel. The location of hotel is perfect too, within the Gothic Quarter and so convenient to walk around town. Cannot praise this hotel enough. "
