"They charged me an extra 400 Saudi rials for checking in 3 hours early. I mentioned that I would be checking out early in the morning, so they could adjust for that, but they didn't handle it very professionally. The room was supposed to have 4 twin beds, but instead, there were just 4 singles. They kept blaming everything on Expedia, saying it was their mistake, not ours. The bathroom was really gross and tiny, with no space to shower properly. I ended up getting bitten by something on the wall. Overall, I was really let down by the service.Duty manger was very arrogant about his actions."
