"Great location to the masjid and shopping areas. Super clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious. What makes this hotel stand out was the staff, very welcoming and friendly. They will definately go above and beyond for their guests. Will stay again IA."

"Brilliant location especially for females. Right outside gate 338 which leads to the women’s entrance. Rawdah is a short walk to the left of gate 338. The room was super tight though and barely any space to walk or open the suitcases. But given most people spend time in masjid more and the extremely close location, this is acceptable. The included continental breakfast was a lifesaver. One day was decent. The other day was super tasty. Lots of options including local food and typical English breakfast style food. The best part was being able to just pop into the hotel for anything we might need at any point in time because it was so close to the masjid."

"Clean hotel & nice staff with excellent breakfast. Only thing is key card sometimes doesn't work & my room in particular you can hear alot of noise from cars horning & beeping. Close walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. Would stay here again"

"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"
