"Loved everything about my stay! Every person I came across from the cleaners to the reception, waiters were all so welcoming and kind."

"We spent 3 days at Fairmont Mekkah with a great and extensive choice of morning buffet, clean and large room, and amazing service... Hence, Sofitel Madinah pales in comparison. Confusing layout of the buffet, the range of choice is ok but could be better... the room is rather small, the bathroom is not furnished with the usual 5 stars marble as I had imagined, in the evening we could still hear some construction activity. That one memorable time, is the guy who cleans the room. He was very-very...

"Staff were really helpful and nice. 25min walk to the Masjid and shuttle is always available before the Prayer time. Excellent value for the amount you pay."

"Very very close to The prophet mosque"

"Modern and clean new rooms. Well located from the Haram. Friendly and respectful staff. Highly recommended."

"Everything was very good except no complementary breakfast"

"The room were clean, but they have a bad drain system as the bathroom smelled like sewage. Still I give them a 5 star because they allowed us to check out late. We only stay for two nights before our trip to Makkah. Going to from the Masjid was an easy process with their shuttle. The breakfast was simple, but good. For a quick two nights, I would choose it again. The last porter we met Shahin Alam was truly a gem and is the ultimate reason I am leaving a 5 stars, thank you for your help!"
