Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
False advertisement that property is less than 1km from masjid nabvi.(haram). They lie about property location 17km away. We cancelled the booking and got fully refund from expedia. Please be aware booking in mecca and medina. Hotels are faraway they send you property address later and blame expedia. Anyhow first makesure hotel address or location is correct.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I arrived at 2:00 AM and my name wasn't on their list. The receptionist kept calling the managers, but my problem wasn't resolved until 6:00 AM. I was so exhausted that I called the police until they finally showed me to my room at 6:30 AM. In the morning, I met with the manager, who apologized, but it wasn't enough. I asked him to refund me for the night, but he couldn't. In any case, this hotel is poorly managed.
