Hotel murah di Madison Barat

"The first room we checked into had food in the freezer and the toilet wasn't working. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. It looked like the pictures on the website for the "studio king room." The pool was fun, but hadn't been cleaned overnight. There was foam from someone's pool toy all over the pool deck and in the pool. Finally we went to breakfast, and all of the empty...

"It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great."

"Air conditioner kept our room very comfortable. We had great parking close to door. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of options hot and cold, courteous staff and food was always kept full. "

"The place was ok. I guess you get what you pay for. The front desk person was either untrained or not willing to help. He was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation over the phone, I had to do it online and when I came in, the check-in was very slow; but the worst part is when I asked about the EV charger in the property, he pointed outside and flat out said "it's out there, I'm new here, I can't help you and don't know anything about it""

"This motel was in a decent area. It did not look like the pictures at all. There was probably one room that was remodeled but the other rooms did not look like the picture. It was a basic motel room. There was barely a “parking lot”. It was basically a slab of concrete. Front desk lady was super nice, but the front desk closes by 9pm sharp. If you are a late traveler, I do not recommend. There is no elevator as well, but this was not a huge deal to me personally. The shower was not good either....

Then, I call Expedia requesting a refund,since I could barely stand to be there for an hour, and after waiting 37 minutes on hold, I had to attempt to communicate with someone who could barely speak English! Did not get a refund, either! That place should be condemned, and Expedia will NEVER get my business again!"
