"The curtains were dirty. We were busy so, didn't have time to report it. I and my family just stayed away from them. The housekeeping staff didn't clean our room the next day on 8-30-26. Also, the night of 8-30-26 the phone started ringing constantly from 2am-5am until I unplugged the phone out the wall. The front desk advised that they didn't call when I advised them of the problem around 3am...The glitch was the phone wasn't even working or had a dial tone before all this started...Overall, the hotel stay was Ok."

"Cleanliness & Room: The room was absolutely spotless. The linens smelled fresh, the bathroom tile was gleaming, and there wasn't a speck of dust on the furniture.Air Conditioning: The AC unit worked flawlessly and was remarkably quiet. It kept the room perfectly cool during a very hot weekend.Staff & Service: The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. They quickly gave us extra towels and even recommended a fantastic local dinner spot.Parking & Accessibility: Parking was on-site, free, and felt very secure. There were plenty of spaces available close to the entrance."
