"Everyone on staff was incredibly lovely. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Anthony (concierge) was delightful. They all really hold the place together. Convenient and lovely area. The rooms were a good size, clean. The only hiccup was the shower. It was terrible. But generally, all hotel showers have poor water pressure and random streams of water. But also, they hang the toiletries high up and on the shower wall so you have to be standing in the water to get any. Which is hard for kids...

"Very cool property. Nice to be surrounded by plants and other natural materials in the middle of NYC. Not a lot of space for personal items in the rooms but that was the only downside. Otherwise, great location, wonderful staff. "

"Todo perfecto, los cuartos muy bonitos y cómodos, además tienen gratis agua, café, tés y aguas minerales de sabor, me parece un excelente detalle. El único punto fue que nos hospedamos en el primer piso y la puerta de servicio al café suena muy fuerte, se azota cada que la abren y cierran, entonces todo el día y noche en el cuarto la escuchábamos, pero fuera de eso todo excelente"

"Less than 10 minute walk from Penn Station. Welcoming staff. A few bagel shops nearby for breakfast and lunch. Japanese restaurant at base of hotel was very good. Room was very clean. There are no views from the windows, but we walked the city. I would’ve liked an individual reading light. My son was able to store his luggage at the hotel while he waited to sign into his Airbnb with his college class."

"First of all, the location of this hotel is amazing. Few minutes from penn station and a subway right at 28th station about 300ft from the hotel. The room was super clean and tidy, and staff are very friendly. Theres breakfast that at convenience cost, everything looked okay, but we skipped it. Definitely will come back again when we'll visit Manhattan again."

"The refrigerator made loud noises all night keeping me and my wife up. We also experience noice from construction outside and other guest in the hall! We switched hotels from Andaz to come here thinking it was better based off the ratings and that was the worse decision made. When I told the front desk I was told they couldn’t do anything as far as a discount because we already paid through Expedia."

"It was a very convenient hotel if you are taking the train into Penn Station. But I don't think I will stay here again. The wallpaper was peeling and stained with what looked like maybe wine. The bottom bedsheet was on inside out and it kept pulling both it and the mattress protector any time you moved, so I kept waking up sleeping on a bare mattress. The blankets were stained and the sheets were very thin and felt like a low quality. All that said the bed was very comfortable. Our toilet...
