"Lovely breakfast"

"Room was dirty, you can hear everything from people walking above, doors closing, people vacuuming. Bright hallway lights shown throw doorway throughout the night. Pool was dirty with lots of bugs. Picture of pool was accurate but everything else was not. Lobby looks more like a motel than hotel."

"Room was great but what set this hotel apart from others even more was the care of the staff, primarily Acuoro. My family was arriving in pretty late and Acuoro worked with us to ensure our check in went smoothly. We will definitely stay here again."

"We have stayed here a few times and this last visit was a little off. Room smelled of urine so I’m assuming from dog. We reported to front desk but was not resolved. Sink didn’t drain that well. Bartender was great and food was good too except for molded cheese at happy hour. Rooms are of good size but might be in need of renovation. I hope our next visit is better."

"Just a heads up, there were no shampoo and conditioner. I told them and they said it’s available upon request. I told them to put a note in the room or on their website. Towels were old and rough to the skin."
