El hotel es muy bueno y tiene un buen servicio. En mi caso, sin embargo, tuve la mala experiencia de que dejé mis zapatos. Contacte de inmediato para que los aseguraran pero el hotel tiene procedimientos muy tardados y burocráticos para ello. El resultado fue que mis zapatos nunca aparecieron.

Hotel Principe Pio
Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting.
