"The pool area needs upgrades. Hotel needs to find a mechanism when the winds are a little strong there is shade provided that can withstand winds without having to shut off umbrellas/shade all together. Stayed for 9 days and every day the umbrellas were closed. Too hot to stay this way by the pool"

Hard Rock Hotel Madrid

"Only stayed one night but everything was perfect. Walking distance to many museums and transport hubs. Breakfast was really nice too. As far as Hard Rock Hotels go, it's small and from the outside it just looks like part of the neighbourhood but inside is great and it has all the things you expect at Hard Rock."

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Madrid Atocha

10/10 Excellent

"Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again."
