The hotel didn't mind us turning up in the early hours of the morning (after a nightmare experience at the airport). Breakfast was fine on the morning.

No pudimos dormir del ruido,tanto afuera como adentro.no se puede descansar.la habitacion no tenia los amenities sufucientes.El personal muy amable,sobre todo la chica de la mañana La limpieza muy buena.Seleccionamos cama queen y nos dieron doble

El personal muy amable me aclaro todas mis dudas. Facil llegar en bus del aeropuerto. No queda tan céntrica de puntos turísticos pero excelente opción si uno va de pasada.

Los pasillos huelen mucho a tabaco y en mi caso pedi una habitacion con cama doble xq iva con mi pareja y mi sorpresa q m dieron una habitacion con 2 camas individuales pero esas no son camas para adultos xq si se da buelta se cae al suelo

The hotel was ok, I stayed for two nights. the pretty lights showing on the picture outside the building was never on, the room looked clean but I found two different hair type in the bathroom, there was mold on the edge of the bathtub, the room they gave me was not the same one I chose when I paid online, but because I was too tired and similar I didn’t say anything, the hallway doesn’t have a rug so you could hear people walking and rolling suitcases in the middle of the night, The area was nice very close to the train and buses, has a supermarket nearby and plenty of places to eat around but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

El colchón es Plastico y los accesorios de muy mala calidad, sábanas, jabón, gel, para un solo uso y de lo peor, hasta las servilletas del desayuno parece Periodico. El colchón y almohadas forradas de Plastico roto que no se puede dormir cómodo. Expedia debería eliminarlo del listado de hoteles. Es un hotel para pasar y salir. Nada de calidad.

Served It's Purpose
The hotel was a great location to be in close proximity to a close friend and his family living in T d A. That was the primary reason for choosing this hotel. The room was very small, and with our four bags of luggage and the room's scant closet and storage space, we were cramped and on top of each other. Cleanliness of the room was fine. Breakfast was on the weak side. This would be the perfect hotel for those who travel light.

La cogimos para descansar. El dormitorio es enorme y las camas súper cómodas. El baño super limpio. Lo único que eché en falta fue más gel de baño. Para aparcar tenéis que llamar al hotel porque está en sótano. Para información de otros, calle Cristo 2, llamas y te abren. Las plazas son pequeñas y de difícil maniobra, pero es lo normal en edificio antiguos. No es culpa de hotel. La atención es muy cercana y eficiente. Volvería a repetir sin dudas.

No WiFi
Stay here only if you don't need WiFi. Perfect service but the staff never shared the correct password. Constantly saying the WiFi wasn't working when clearly they just don't give people the correct password for some reason. Very annoying.

Hotel incrível!
Fiquei poucos dias mas amei cada segundo. O staff do hotel é incrível, café da manhã maravilhoso, recepcionista me ajudou a entender um pouco mais de Madrid e me indicou diversos lugares, uma fofa. O quarto é super aconchegante e tem uma sacadinha maravilhosa. A localização é ótima, quase em frente a uma estação de trem e pertinho do aeroporto. Com certeza vou voltar!

Desayuno correcto
El desayuno ha estado correcto en cuanto a variedad para el poco espacio del que disponen. Mucho ruido en la habitación, se oye prácticamente todo, la gente que entra,sale, cuando tiran de la cisterna,la ducha ....y todo lo que ocurre en la calle, sobretodo en la noche.
