"The property was clean, honestly we booked for the free shuttle to the airport as I didn’t want to navigate it myself. The breakfast, which we didn’t buy was just a few bakery items and not even opened at the time they said it would be.
The early morning check out staff and shuttle drivers seems to lack basic customer service skills. The driver made us all stand outside the van while waiting for the last customer and the front deck associate looked like his dog just died, I sure hope that...

15. Aerotel Madrid Airport - Terminal 4
Aerotel Madrid Airport - Terminal 4Barajas
7.8 dari 10, Bagus, (104 ulasan)
"The room was clean and relatively spacious. The main issue was that it was noisy: a train rumbled by every 5 minutes or so until midnight, and it was close enough to rattle stuff on the wall. Also, terminal 4 isn't connected to terminals 1, 2 or 3, so you need to take a 20-minute bus ride if you're not leaving out of terminal 4. Finally, there are no windows in the room."

"The room was clean, and the location was convenient for a trip to the airport. Overall, some updates would help. The shower was extremely small in a very large bathroom. The electrical outlets were oddly placed and loose in the wall. Overall, we got a good night’s sleep in a quiet neighborhood."
