"La finca es preciosa y en un entorno maravilloso en el que solo escuchas los pájaros y poco más. Nosotras fuimos después de ir a ver el sueño de Toledo con lo que llegamos tarde. Alina nos recibió y al ver q veníamos cansadas nos dijo q nos fuéramos a dormir y ya mañana hacíamos los trámites de registro. "Nice quiet location but I was put in a room in the basement that had no windows. I understand that I had booked the cheapest room but the hotel seemed empty. It would have been smart to upgrade me and that would have resulted in a better review as it would have not been an additional cost to them with so many empty rooms."

"This is a basic room but the bed was very comfortable. Room had everything we needed and was in a great location. The contactless check in worked great for us because we had just arrived in Spain. I credit Numa for finding that my passport had expired! I did not realize and even the airline did not find this problem when I uploaded passport info to them! Thanks to Numa I was able to get an emergency new passport and was ready to fly on schedule."

"All digital check in and correspondence. Had issues with door, and delayed response. There is no person to talk to, it’s done online through a bot. Registering was online, with glitches in the process. Basement room, smelled like a basement, damp, leaky shower. Poor signage, and hard to find at night. No refund on cancellation. Only redeeming things were, good location, and quiet, otherwise avoid ."
