"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "This is a budget friendly hotel. Cockroaches are common in Thailand and during my 14 day stay I killed 6 in my room. They would “make up” the room but didn’t change my sheets the entire time I was there. I had a tattoo on day one down my spine.
