"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...

"We stayed here to catch the elephant and muy thai events. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well cared for. The night bazaar is a 5 min walk. Lots of good food. There is a Michelin starred restaurant across the street that has amazing food. The restaurant at the hotel is good. Lots of other nice restaurants around the corner. Its a little oasis in the city.
