Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. We hung up our towels to re-use but they were changed each day. Free bottled water provided each day and good tea and coffee set up. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - plenty of choices and really well done. Menu only, no buffet for...

"Staff so friendly and helpful. Found room quite warm in the day but in evening was able to open windows fully to get some air in (stayed in April). I imagine would be very hot in summer even with fan provided in room. Walls are very thin, not a problem for me as thankfully my neighbours were quiet but I know other people were not so lucky. Was able to do me a vegan breakfast in the morning which I was happy with. I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a good value place to stay. "

"We noticed the disinfectant is diluted as was the breakfast maple syrup for the pancakes. This is a false economy as we didn’t eat there again. A saving of a few pence against four days of breakfast and evening meals. "
