"Staff was well trained, attentive and helpful in all areas. The property was well maintained. The villas were beautiful inside and out. The pool by the central or main building was not useful given close proximity to restaurant. The second pool was better placed. Overall, the location, staff, and property was as advertised. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Several restaurants with great selection. Not always a big fan of Indonesia food but they made me change my mind. Great stuff and comfortable bed. Room is spacious and clean. Very close to the temple 5 minutes by grab but they also have the shuttle. The structure is inside a big compound with several green areas, activities for kids and not only. Value for money 10 out of 10."

"Where do I begin? My stay at this hotel was magnificent. The pictures do not do this hotel justice, our expectations were beyond exceeded. I’ll begin with the hotel grounds, a true nature paradise. The staff works tirelessly to keep the grounds immaculately clean. The views of the temples and surrounding mountains are beautiful. There is a nice area for children and such cute animals that are well taken care of. Our modern grand spa villa was stunning! We swam in our warm pool, enjoyed the views, and wish we could stay longer. Cleanliness was 10/10. House-keeping and butler service was impressive. The service everywhere was wonderful. The staff at the morning breakfast and afternoon tea were wonderful. All smiles and greetings even from the chefs! They will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The restaurants were delicious. The staff at the front desk was professional and very helpful at addressing our needs 24 hours a day. Thank you!! The afternoon tea was a delight. The music was very soothing, the treats and tea was delicious. The spa was phenomenal. Best massages my husband and I have ever had. Book massages here, you will not regret it! The gym is well-equipped and very clean. A special shout out to Sandy, Divian, the lady with braces working in the restaurant, and the female receptionist, thank you immensely for your service! This hotel has everything and more. Highly recommend. We will return but next time for a longer stay!!"
Atria Hotel Magelang

"I stayed at Atria one week straight, two times in June & Juli. At both times I got the same room with Mountain View on the 10th floor. It left amazing to wake up each morning and see not just one, but 3 mountains right outside the window. So peaceful. The room is basic but clean. Bathroom is also very basic, You get everything you need for your stay, but just like other reviewer, I wish Atria provided a hand towel. That seems to be something that is missing from a star hotel. Luckily, I brought my own. Room service was great and consistent. The breakfast though however was not as consistent. Food is mediocre, but that’s somewhat expected for a hotel in small town. One beef for me; I had a problem with staff who don’t seem to have awareness of wiping clean tables after guests see them. So, I had to point it out one day as I got fed up with it. There were many empty tables and chairs but they’re all dirty with food crumbs and grease, There many kids at this hotel, so they can be messy, and staff didn’t bother cleaning up. Yikes! So expect to clean it up yourself if you want a clean table. Cleaning tables after each guest used it shoukd be automatic for staff to do. You can’t expect your guests to clean it. Restaurant staff seemed to be afraid of hard work which is ashamed, but not surprised if they can’t advance in their work. The housekeepers though are the real winner. One disappointment was the construction going on at night on the roof, which I quickly complained."

"This old rustic hotel is very inexpensive. The area offers both local heritage and nature. The staff brought a solid complimentary breakfast with tea to my executive room-with-a-view every morning. There was no hot water but I think I was only paying $9 or $10 U.S. a night. There is definitely a lot of rich local culture in and around the Wisata Hotel! There are plenty of places to walk in either direction, including restaurants, convenience stores, coffee, local style warungs, mosques, a reflexology spa, semi-deserted sidestreet alleys, an art museum, a Starbucks, and a modern mall in either direction. I appreciated the large pine tree-covered hill across the street. And there are monkeys, many of them! For the very cheap price, this hotel was worth it for me. I was able to make easy day trips to the Borobudur Buddhist Temple and other ancient sites. I would recommend it."
