"The hotel was fine but not having a great cooling system was a big negative . They did give us a fan which helped but for the nightly rate I expected air conditioning. Zurich is a very interesting place but very expensive."

"This hotel is beautiful. We stayed only one night and chose this hotel because of its location to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable with the exception of the bed. The bed was a hard 6 inch mattress with no topper on it. It had a mattress protector but nothing more than that.
