"Staff was great. The room is tiny. It should be described as a cell. Dimly lit. No real desk. Really just a bed and buffet with a coffee maker. The bathroom is tiny. The room itself is clean. The restaurant quite good. You could not have a video meeting in any comfortable way in the room or work in any reasonable way. They might suggest a common area, which is nice, but noisy. "スタッフの対応は守衛さんも含め皆さん良かったです。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで全て英語でやり取りしたので日本語が利用できるかはわかりませんでした。ただ、宿泊客は日本人が多かったです。 客室のテレビでは、日テレの過去の番組を放送している「NIPPON TV」と「NHKワールド」が視聴できます。個人的には「NHKワールド・プレミアム」が見られなかったのが少し残念でした。 アメリカのホテルでは普通のようですが、ハミガキが設置されていないので自分で用意する必要があります。 ホテルのすぐ裏に「日本村プラザ」があり、飲食料の調達がしやすいこと、また地下鉄のメトロ・リトルトーキョー駅に近く移動にも便利な点がとても良かったです。"
