"Je trouve dans l’ensemble l’hôtel bon, le personnel est agréable et l’accueil était très bien également. Je déplore cependant un manque d’entretien général de l’hôtel et de la chambre. "We hadden een fijne junior suite met ruim balkon. Prettig zwembad, prima ontbijt en voldoende parkeerplek. Sarzana heeft een mooi centrum op 5 minuten afstand met de auto met veel leuke restaurantjes. De accomodatie zelf heeft geen restaurant, maar wel een bar die smiddags open is."

"The photos are not what they rooms are. It is really a rundown place, where the "cottage" is ugly and poorly maintained. The way to reach the "cottages" are poorly kept. One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. ..."
