"Misrepresented “pet fee” and added charge without consent. I carried my 4 lb poodle/yorkie in my arms at check-in, showed her to them and declared the “pet”. Surprise up-charge on the invoice was slipped under my door during the night. See pic. Does this 4 lb. non-shedding, hypo-allergenic 8 year old really need to be charged $60 for one night?"
