"The best thing of this hotel is the location. The room is clean. The staff (a slim young man) at the front desk who handled our check in seemed not in the mood of customer satisfaction. I have booked a four nights for the hotel stay in advance. Due to early flight schedule (departure time at 7 AM in the morning of fifth day), I decided to cancel the 4th day at this hotel and change my stay to a hotel next to the airport. But the young man did not approve. Even after I called Expedia and made the change he still reluctant to approve, until a lady came in to whisper to him. This is not a good experience."

"This hotel is conveniently located on the Riverwalk, which makes it accessible to so much. Our room was a little on the small side and the air-conditioning did not work. The staff was friendly and it’s a great location to catch an Uber."

"I would say if you're looking for a place to lay your head and sleep at a good deal then this is your place. The room is really small and there isn't a lot of room but I didn't mind. The only complaint my wife had was the small bathroom and that there wasn't any wash cloths. I think the staff was great and I recommend staying here."
