"The only negative I had with the hotel was that their food choices were limited, and there were not a lot of healthy options. I would have really appreciated more veg choices with the meals, and more salad options."

"This is a new hotel (2024) but you can already see wear and tear. It’s maybe slightly better than a holiday inn. The blanket is a little weird in that’s it’s a fleece between two sheets. It’s clear the fleece isn’t washed between stays as you can see hair. I agree with other reviews that not having card verification on both sides of the elevator is a huge miss. It’s only on the right side so people crowd the right panel. You can’t fault the staff - super nice and polite."

"First I was thinking that the hotel is a good place. The location was very good close to tourist attractions. The room I had reserved was on top floor which I was expecting a view but the room had a small window facing some other building rooms.the room had issues at the beginning which was the toilet was wobbly and I saw a bug on the ceiling plus some spider web. The main issue was at the last night of the stay the AC of the hotel was not working and after several calls someone came and said it’s fixed and after they left the issue was not fixed and after calling the front desk 10 times I had to go down at midnight to see no one was there. The next day after having a bad night sweating I went to talk to the manager she was so unreasonable telling me that the issue was due to weather and they will be able to give us a very little compensation which didn’t make sense to me as I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Anyway do a better search and ont pay $300 for a night with this problems"

"As soon as we walked in, we noticed the bathroom reeked of mildew. I assume it’s because there’s no actual working fan in the bathroom so the moisture just sits in there (the lack of AC probably doesn’t help anything). The air conditioning was set to 65 degrees when we got to the room but it was far warmer than that temperature. I don’t think the AC actually worked and the fan kept shutting off even though I had it on the manual “on” setting. The floor was … kind of gross. We had our dog who immediately started sniffing certain areas. I’m assuming because another dog’s scent was still in there. I sat on the floor a couple of times before realizing that it was fairly dusty and kind of dirty. The mini fridge would’ve been nice to have but it clearly also didn’t work well. It maybe got down to 50 degrees. I checked all the wires but gave up. The bed had a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet on the bottom. That’s whatever. The duvet had no cover. There were simply just 2 flat sheets on both sides of it. The bed itself was absurdly soft to the point where you immediately sink in and not in a comfortable/good way. I got a $10 USD food/drink credit which basically amounted to 1 bottle of soda (priced at $7 USD) which was a perk, I suppose. This hotel wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t great, by any means. I’d try a different hotel if you can."
