"The poolside was comfortable and I didn’t use the wifi"

"No luggage carts are available. There was a construction in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor and we were suggested to use the stairs and carry our luggage, though i'm walking impared. Eventually, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The corridor was very dirty with a lot of debris. After breakfast, we told front desk that we will be leaving in 20 minutes. They told us to stop by to check out when we would leave. This resulted in carrying luggage back and forth on the 1st floor. On a positive side, the breakfast was excellent."
