"Coffe drinkers beware! The location is great. It's nestled away from most everything. There is a nice Greek/Med restaurant, Niko Niko's in the parking lot. There is highway noise as it is near freeway and frontage road. I would give it 5 star but 2 things kept it back. The coffee is terrible. And the coffee cups are worse. The cups are "echo friendly" and begin deteriorating as soon as the coffee goes in. So I quickly downed bad hot coffee each morning. I had to get good coffee later. I'll go some where different next time. Coffee is the most important meal of the day and I would rather pay 20 bucks more a night for a good coffee experience."

"Breakfast was decent, but start time (7:30am) is later than most hotels and an inconvenience. The elevators weren't working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Hallways smelled like fish. The water in the bathtub initially came out red (rusty) in color. Definitely not a place I would stay at again. "

"We love this hotel. It is Very comfortable and has beautiful surroundings. Did not care for the room this time - it was very small and cramped. Front desk staff are never very friendly but restaurant and bar are always nice. Self-parking is too expensive but convenient. We will continue to stay here when we visit The Woodlands. "
