"Hotel was very nice and clean. Parking was very convenient. Guest services was very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different options. Rosa was very friendly. Hotel is very close to downtown area and you can see Baylor University stadium across the street. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!"

"I’ve stayed here twice and both times were great. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and the location is convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms had a bad smell, and the "upgraded" TV did not work. There were no buttons on the TV, and the only control that worked on the remote was the power so I couldn't turn to any station. When I asked for the correct remote, they said that they would bring one. I went to the front desk 3 hours later and gave them the remote to exchange. They said that they would have to get one from a different room and would bring it to me. They never showed up. I asked about it again the next morning...

"Breakfast was just ok. Probably should have been better for the weekend crowd. I travel quite a bit and that would have been a Wednesday or Thursday Breakfast. Parking was fine."

"Yes the kitchen was fully stocked and they even gave some laundry detergent. The staff was beyond accommodating and very friendly the woman that checked me in made me feel comfortable and welcomed. For the price point one of the best hotels I have stayed in. If I'm in the area again I will be choosing them to stay with. "
