Not bad needs a few things worked on

My husband and I took 2 nights away to relax and enjoy somw down time. The place was cute. Pros layout of apartment was nice and was cozy and comfy. Cons there is only stairs so lugging bags up the stairs is not for the weak, the hot tub is in a seperate building and was NOT hot more like a warm bath so that relaxing adventure was not so relaxing. Never was able to figure out how to operate the heat so just dealt with it. There was a fire place and prior to arriving I asked if it was wood or electric amd was told it was wood but needed special eco wood they sold at the office, i purchased some and once we arrived at the place realized it was electric. I contacted the rental company and they refunded me my $ for the wood when we left and brought it back. Would > I stay again yes but would ask for a first floor place.

Highly recommended

Great location with very nice facilities. We were very happy. It was winter so the outdoor pool and the swimming area were closed naturally. Our unit had a wood fireplace but we didn’t know that so we didn’t bring any wood, you might consider bringing some if you stay there. Cool Murphy bed built into the wall. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were great.

So-so stay

We found our 1 bedroom unit to be very cramped for a family of 4. There were some basic things missing (no shampoo, for example) and the resort's hot tub was not actually hot but just warm. The communication was excellent so they get credit for that, but unfortunately this was a very average experience from our point of view.

Ideal view and clean, but could be improved

+ Wonderful view of the lake! + Clean suite. + Great location. - Spotty WiFi - Hard to balance the temperature in this two-level suite. The ceiling fan was too noisy. - Confusing multiple instructions (contradictory requirements). - The requirement to use the fireplace only with synthetic logs. 3rd floor without elevators might be a problem for some.

We rented 3 condos for a ski trip in the Eastern Townships. They were very comfortable, clean, and tastefully appointed. Pool and hot tub also were much appreciated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Minor note is that washer and dryer are actually coin-operated machines in the building basement, so make sure to plan accordingly.
