"Beautiful property with 2 pools. It had an onsite restaurant that wasn’t inclusive to the hotel which was fine, but I didn’t appreciate that they charged for daily parking for guests staying at hotel. Otherwise, it fit my needs."

"We booked a room through Expedia at the Vista Verde Hotel but when we arrived, they told us that they thought we had cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We had cancelled a longer stay we had made and re-booked it for just one night but they said they had no record of it even though we had an itinerary through Expedia. They couldn't call Expedia for us to get it straightened out. When I got back from vacation, I called Expedia and asked for a refund and they said they have to wait until they can contact the hotel and verify the story. It has been days and they still say they can't get a hold of the property. This is ridiculous. Expedia took my money for a room and then the room wasn't available so to me it's cut and dry - I am owed a refund. It's ridiculous this run-around they are putting me the through!"

The property is nice and comfortable, with hot water and good amenities, though a bit of maintenance is needed in some areas. What truly stands out is the staff—they are excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this place, mainly because of their outstanding service."

"The staff was friendly and helpful; however, check-in was not available to us when we arrived at 4 am after a long flight and a two-hour drive. We had to wait until the front desk people showed up at 6 am. The music was too loud, and when parties were happening in the conference room, it kept you awake if you were in the 100's rooms. The weekends are open like a club and the pool is open to outside guests."
