"Located near the airport. There is a free airport shuttle. The food we ate at the Rustic Restaurant was very good. The front staff was helpful. There is a water park nearby."

"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

"Checked in at 4:30 pm. Check in was quick. Room was clean and spotless. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was varied enough and fresh. Even sweets were high quality. One note to hotel - The idea of providing a reusable bottle for refilling as part of an eco‑friendly approach is excellent, but the bottle itself should be clean. In my case, the bottle was not usable."

"I had a really nice two night stay. Communication was excellent and always timely. Staff went above and beyond to respond. The place was clean, the amenities were as described, the property was in a quiet area that was walkable and safe. I would stay here again, especially for what I paid. Great value."

"Satisfactory if you need a bed for the night in a decent location, but that’s all. The female receptionist upon check-in was grumpy. The barman with the ponytail was weird, rude and sarcastic. The bedroom had a slot window with a view of a wall and some ductwork which made the room feel dark. It also looked different to the photo. I’ll stay elsewhere next time."

"Very nice hotel with excellent staff. All went out of their way to assist us during our stay. Room was very nice. Only concern was that the location of the hotel was not in a prime location. Nevertheless, the hotel is very impressive and would recommend it to all."

"It is very centrally located with easy walking to a lot of places. The room was very quiet, no outside noise whatsoever. It was beautifully decorated and large. Just FYI, they don’t have blackout curtains which was fine with us but might bother others. The air conditioning was great. Very nice shower, too. All staff were very friendly and very polite."
