The room has individual air conditioning units which is good for controlling the temperature in the room. Lobby is on 2nd floor. There is a set of stairs to enter the hotel. Breakfast was minimal. "Washroom had leaking water. Otherwise everything was good. I had a business stay so my evaluation revolves around limited parameters. Though would love to see more improvements on breakfast, there’s no complaint, per se. If traveling for business, I can rebook at this property provided other options such as IBIS Thane are not available. "
