"The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago."

"The hotel room was very clean and spacious but it was clearly an older establishment. The breakfast was cheap tasting. The staff at Dynasty didn’t seem to care for their job. There was little to no acknowledgement of guest, and the night of the rehearsal dinner, a dynasty staff member came over to us and told us “not to get anything on the white tablecloth because he wasn’t going to switch it out.” The tablecloths weren’t ironed, the food service during the reception was too slow and the food...

"The staff was very rude to me and my children. I asked the front desk for two paper bowls and they told me that the breakfast area was closed and that they were not wasting their time going to get me any bowl because they were really busy. They told me that I was being rude for asking and that I was disturbing them I told her she was being rude and that I would come back for a refund on my room and she told me yeah right."

"After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. "

"It is in a very nice location and it is a nice property. I think the rooms could have a better appeal with nice quilt covers or some type of cover not sheet. The pillow cases had stains on them and also providing extra set of pillows for sleeping. Love the flooring! The bathroom adding soap dishes even if you don’t supply toiletries. The price is reasonable and l am glad of that and was a blessing! Just a few things to add but a nice place. Having someone over your head that walked all night not...

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"This will be my one & only stay at this motel. I wasn't expecting much, but I was nervous about sleeping here. Stains on the floor, walls & shower curtain left me with trepidations. The toilet was frightening because not only the toilet seat move, the ENTIRE commode did as well! Also, I've never had place that wanted to charge EXTRA for a late checkout of 2 hrs.... UNACCEPTABLE! The only good attributes are that it's near great public transportation & close the airport. Think twice before...

"The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and mini fridge came in handy. I didn't like the frosted sliding glass door for the bathroom. The shower pressure acted up every shower, not a huge deal. "I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing.
