"I stayed here over night after safaris in Yala, The room was very spacious & looked beautiful, however there was no hot water so the shower was cold. I woke covered in bed bug bites. This significantly impacted my holiday. I was also required to spend time locating pharmacies and purchasing treatment products and medication. I attempted to notify the staff in the morning, however there were no staff available despite walking around the building. I reported these issues. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to appropriately address these concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon wild! The resort is located within Yala National park and you will see wildlife as you get to the hotel. Such a unique experience! The rooms were cosy and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond for us. Such an exceptional team at Cinnamon Wild. We were travelling with our one year old son, and they made sure that we could enjoy ourselves thoroughly. Special thanks to the waiter at dinner who blew up a balloon for our son to play with during dinner to help us mid toddler tantrum. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We will definitely be back 🙂"

"Am amazing property right in the middle of the forest. The staff was very courteous and they went out of the way to make sure needs were met. The food was also excellent and each menu was well curated!"

"Room wasn’t very clean. The bath was dirty the bed sheets had holes in them and the rugs on the floor were very worn. Considering the cost. A bit of re- investment would not go a miss. "

"Room very clean and good stock of toiletries including bath robe and slippers. Coffee making machine + coffee pods as an extra to normal supply of teas and coffees in sachets. We had a suite which was excellent with a lot of space and facilities including iron/ ironing table. Large bailcony with loungers+ towels. Breakfast buffet style - reasonable choice. Large hotel, staff generally helpful but service therefore less personal. My suitcase flew off the shuttle as maybe not placed correctly and was badly scratched. No apology. "

"We were there for a quick over-night to go on a safari in the early morning. The evening meal was poor, in fact it was take-out from another supplier and not prepared on the spot. The box breakfast was poor. The room was fine. We did not use the pool. It is quite far from the nature park so requred a long drive to get to the safari. Generally it was OK for the price. Just have realistic expectations."
