Noelle ist ein Herzens Mensch. Wir waren sofort herzlich willkommen. Das Zimmer war einfach gehalten aber hat vollkommen gereicht. Noelle hat ein Abendessen mit den anderen Gästen organisiert. Einfach perfekt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Gerne wieder!!

Noella is een prima Host. Toen we aankwamen was er een misverstand over de soort kamer maar dit heeft ze prima opgelost. Het huisje met grote keuken en badkamer en slaapkamer met balkon was prachtig. Tevens heeft ze een heerlijk diner voor ons verzorgd. Het strand is wel wat verder lopen dan 10 minuten, zeker op de terugweg als je berg op moet lopen. Beau Vallon is een mooi strand maar op Mahé zouden wij kiezen voor Anse Police (even doorrijden bij de onverharde weg tot daar waar de ketting over de weg hangt. Daar parkeren en nog 5 minuten lopen) wil je verblijven in Beau Vallon, dan is Lapasyans een prachtige plek. De blaffende honden en de Haan in de omgeving zijn het enige minpuntje.

Loving Paradise
Our stay could not have been better.Since we arrived, we were greeted and taken care off by Noella like never before anywhere else! She made us feel at home and showed us how kindness and love mix so well with a beautiful paradise and that gave us the rest we needed.

Noela who runs the property is the greatest host I've ever seen! She gave me fruits from her garden, showed me around the town, and even dropped me in the boat station on my departure. She is super friendly and nice to be around. The room is very comfortable. Whole place gives you an impression like you live in botanical garden. There are a lot of plants around and also some animals: cats, dogs, chicken and rabbits.

If wanting to experience more of the Seychellois culture over big corporate resorts this is a wonderful choice. Our hostess Noella was most gracious, accommodating and a joy to meet. Lapasyans is very private and for the most part quiet. Once in awhile one can hear the dogs in the neighbourhood, but all part of the community experience. Overall we loved our time there, wishing we could stay longer. So now, we will have to return to the Seychelles to visit again.

Sehr nette gastfreundliche Eigentümerin die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich für die Gäste da ist. Ruhig gelegen und ca 10-15 min vom Zentrum zu Fuss entfernt. Sehr Sauber mit grosszügiger Gemeinschaftsküche. Wasser Kaffee und Früchte kostenlos zu Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen und man fühlt sich wohl.

Perfect service, pick up from the airport and tour of the island organised by Lapasyans were impeccable. Laundry and iron service every day was excellent. I particularly appreciated the quiet and the privacy of the place. The apartment is not far from the famous beach of Beau Vallon. Local shops and bus stop are both located very closely. Noella is the best manager and advisor you will ever find on the island. I will definitely return to Lapasyans.

L’accueil est chaleureux et unique. La Dame qui assure l’accueil est d’une grande gentillesse et nous a apporté tout le confort et les précieux conseils pour visiter la région. Elle nous a aider pour répondre à tous nos besoins. L’accueil est exceptionnel. Le cadre est très propre et très bien situé. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Un merveilleux moment dans notre vie
Comment parler de notre séjour à lapasyans sans parler de son attachante hôtesse Noëlla qui nous a mis à l'aise dès les premiers instants avec sa citronnade de bienvenue faite avec des fruits du jardin. Accueil chaleureux sa disponibilité l'attention particulière qu'elle porte à ses clients. Le logement est propre fonctionnel caché dans la verdure bien qu'étant proche de la route on n'est pas dérangé par le bruit des voitures. On a des commerces à quelques minutes à pied une boulangerie très proche la plage de beau vallon qu'on peut rejoindre à pied ou en bus. On avait le studio confort idéal pour les couples. On a beaucoup apprécié les fruits cueillis le jour même trouvé sur notre terrasse le matin. Nous recommandons ARDEMMENT LAPASYSANS SELF-CATERING à tous ceux qui voudraient passer par Beau Vallon ils seront très satisfaits. Un grand merci à Noëlla d'avoir facilité notre premier séjour aux Seychelles en s'adressant à nous en français. MARYSE et GÉRARD.

Excellent guest house
This is a guest house with 5-star service. I was so welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the hostess made sure I enjoyed my stay and holiday. It was spotless clean with all the amenities one might need. The beautiful garden was amazing full of colourful plants and birds. The location was good, only 1km from the beach and a bus stop nearby. Im so happy I booked this place after reading all the fantastic reviews. Now I can only recommend it myself and I'd definitely stay here again.

Premier logement à notre arrivée aux Seychelles, nous sommes tombé sur une femme merveilleuse, Noëlla qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Arrêt bus, boulangerie et épicerie à proximité immédiate sont très appréciables. Plages de Beau Vallon à environ 10 min à pied, le top. Merci pour tout Noella.

Careful owner, familial place, you feel being a king, freedom to the maximum, much more than expected, generosity to the maximum, very close bus station, many bus lines, very calm; on the other side, the internet is sometimes bad and there is no sign on the main road for the property.

wonderfull stay
I have no words to describe what a wonderful time we had. The rooms were large and clean and there was fresh fruit in the fridge every day with a "good day" note. The kitchen was well equipped, there were also basic products such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil. Beautiful garden full of fruit trees. Good localization, there is a bakery and a shop nearby. And the most importantly - Wonderful host! Noela is very helpful and kind, she helped us arrange airport transfer. She also can do the impossible. When she found out that we couldn't find a free car, she helped us to rent a car. Is was wonderfull stay!

Really good place
Amazing place to stay at. We loved spending every minute there as the hostess was very friendly and made sure we have a good stay. She came with fresh fruits everyday from her garden as they tasted so wonderful. She also helped us cook a traditional Seychellish dish which tasted really good. I hope to come to Seychelles again and book a visit to this place again!

It lives up to the hype!
What a wonderful place to stay in Mahé Island, close to supermarkets, eateries and Beau Vallon Beach. The owner, Noella, is also the best host I've ever met, she is sweet and kind, and made a Creole-style dinner for us when all the guests were together. Each morning she cut some fresh home-grown papaya and mango for us to eat and her husband even drove me to the Morne Blanc trail when I told her, I was interested in hiking. This place surely lives up to the hype and the perfect reviews, and I can definitely recommend this place for everyone visiting the Seychelles!

La struttura è una bellissima villa immersa nel verde. Oltre alla fantastica cornice la cosa più bella è l’accoglienza della proprietaria, Noella che si è premurata di fornirci tutti i confort possibili per una meravigliosa vacanza. Mai nei ns viaggi abbiamo trovato una persona accogliente e sempre sorridente come lei. La villa è bellissima con un enorme salone ed una grande cucina ad uso comune dotata di tutto. Ha un grande patio con un enorme tavolo per mangiare fuori in relax. Ci sono uccellini tropicali sugli alberi ai quali si può dare da mangiare Il riso lasciato appositamente (ns figlio era felicissimo). La ns camera ed il bagno erano enormi e pulitissimi, avevamo anche la culla per il ns bimbo. Noella all’arrivo ci ha rinfrescato con the freddo al lemon grass, asciugamani freschi profumati e dei piccoli dessert, poi ci ha accompagnato con la sua auto alla spiaggia e acquistato del platano fritto che ci ha regalato per farlo assaggiare a ns figlio. Lei e la sua famiglia abitano in una casa accanto alla villa e se si ha bisogno di qualcosa sono pronti ad aiutarti. Ha 2 bellissimi bimbi ed ha condiviso i loro giochi con ns figlio. La mattina ci accoglieva sempre con un sorriso, premurosa in tutto davvero! Una famiglia da ricordare ed una casa da copertina!

Wir verbrachten 11 Tage auf Mahe in Lapasyans, sehr freundliche Gatsgeber! familiär und behilflich in alle Fragen, unser Appartment war sehr schön, WIFI sehr schnell, Fernsehen, Küche alles super! die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe der Yvonne´s Bäckerei, am besten kontaktieren Sie die Gastgeber vor der Anreise um genaue Beschreibung zu erhalten! wir kommen wieder! Die Lage ist perfect Bushalstestelle sehr nah und Geschäfte! Recommended!
Noella welcomed us warmly and we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and there is all you need for a nice holiday experience. The bed was a little bit hard and on the map the location is in the wrong place. it is much further away from the beach. nevertheless we can recommend this stay strongly!

Je recommande.
Séjour court de 2 jours. Tout s'est bien passé. J'ai été bien accueilli et j'ai apprécié les fruits et autres gourmandises gentiment offert par mon hôte.J'ai eu un petit soucis immédiatement réglé par mon hôte. Je recommande. Le bien se trouve pas trop loin de la plage. Il est facilement possible (accessible en 10 minutes de marche) de passer du temps dans les grands hôtels aux alentour pour profiter de leurs facilité sur la plage contre repas ou autre.

Noela and her family warmly welcomed me into their guesthouse. They provided fresh fruits from their trees and fresh eggs from their chickens. They visited with me, let me keep my things in the room past check out time, and were exceptionally friendly. Certainly a place anyone would love to stay.

We loved the complete experience. From the first minute when Noella met us at the gate with a lovely smile to the moment we left, waving a sad farewell, we had a great time. Noella had thought of everything that we could have needed. We had a fan as well as air con, a well equipped kitchen and a private outdoor dining area in her lovely garden of tropical plants that surrounds the three apartments. Noella greeted us most mornings with a surprise bowl of home grown tropical fruit. She gave us helpful advice about what to see and how to get there. There is a local bakery and small supermarket within metres of the accommodation and the bars, restaurants and beach of Beauvallon are only 10-15 mins walk away. Noella even gave us rice to feed the beautiful wild birds that live in her garden. We especially enjoyed being invited to meet her family over a home cooked creole meal - absolutely delicious. We are well travelled people, but this is the first time we have bought our hosts a parting gift, such was their hospitality and generosity.

Location idéale en couple ou en famille à Mahé.
On a passé deux nuits très agréables chez Noella et Bernard. L'hébergement est à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la très belle plage de Beau Vallon. Ils sont venus nous chercher et nous ramener à l'aéroport, ils nous ont fait visiter le quartier a notre arrivée. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, le bus passe dans la rue et vous pourrez faire tous vos déplacements sans soucis. La dernière soirée Noella nous a préparé un dîner magnifique avec tous les hébergés (9 à table). En famille ou en couple on vous recommande vivement cet hébergement lors de vos séjours à Mahé. Ils ont une très grande et belle maison qui convient aussi aux grandes familles ou aux retrouvailles entre amis. Environnement plat et verdoyant.
