"It’s a clean hotel, staff are helpful, the breakfast is average, I don’t like that I paid for an expensive suite and it didn’t have a safe, and not even a complimentary bottle of water."

"it was our first with my partner to visit NJ and NYC and it made Hampton Inn extra special. The place was squeaky clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially in the dining area staff we’re breakfast is served they are very accommodating and make sure guest are comfortable. They offer exceptional variety of breakfast to choose from. Plenty of available free parking space for guest who would rather choose to visit NYC using public transport and leave their car in the hotel. Very accessible to public transport bus from the hotel just walking distance 2-3mins to bus station. I would highly recommend this hotel for small or big family group. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Orlando and William were very helpful and made an old man in a big city fill comfortable. Help with directions and how to get around. Hotel was nice, clean and convenient to the subway and Yankee stadium. Great stay."

"The entire hotel reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. We had a non-smoking room, but the smoke seeped through every crack around the door. There was a boisterous party in an adjacent room that kept us awake well past 1 AM in spite of contacting the front desk more than once. The mattress was very thin and hard and there were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. The property is pretty nice since it's new, but it'll be rundown in no time. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else."

"The hotel was nice and the staff were wonderful, however, I have never been in a hotel where there is no privacy in the bathroom. From the bedroom you see the back of the mirror and the cabinet, but there is a space between the mirror and the cabinet for no privacy. Then the bathroom door only goes to the cabinet so a quarter of that wall is open. If you're alone, I guess it will do but it doesn't work with more than one person in the room or if you have a visitor. WTH One last thing, I would never have booked with Expedia if I had known I wouldn't get points for my stay. No more booking with Expedia. I will book through the hotel or through Marriott Bonvoy. $1000 for 3 nights and no reward points. Never again."
