Hotel murah di Mahwah

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility though was less desirable. The hallway walls just looked tired. The bathroom floors were dirty, carpet in room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator in the room was broken."

"Thin walls, was woken up at 2 am for something I didn’t want to hear. Overall place is okay but didn’t have the best experience. I kept getting some weird vibes from the front desk so not sure if I’ll be back here. I’ve stayed at the other hotels near by and for sure way better experience and ambient."

"Staff was great but the hotel is run down. There was only one working elevator. The beds were awful. Both sunk significantly in the middle. The pullout sofa had a super, super thin mattress. You could feel the metal springs when you laid on it. We had to cram into the regular beds which were not much better. The breakfast in the morning was ok. The waffles were great but the eggs and sausage were awful. No amount of salt or pepper made it better. The shower in the morning was luke...

"A chair in the living room was broken. If a heavy person sat in it, it could break completely. The sofa was old and sat about 8 inches off the floor. We mentioned this as we left. The hotel is being upgraded, we were told, and it should be completed this this year. It is a pleasant & convenient place to stay other than the probems we encountered."

"Nothing really was working the telephone there was no hot water and the safe disnt work..bed was too soft. There was not manager on site at the time so I contacted Hilton headquarters and they was kind enough to compensate us with extra hilton points. So thank you Hilton for accommodating us that way."

"Clean and well maintained though a bit dated. The housekeeping staff are awesome and the location is close to everything and its a convenient hop back onto the through way. The traffic noise can be a bit loud at times but not too bad. The daily breakfast is ok but boring and has no variety especially if you have a long stay."

"One of the cleanest Hampton Inn properties I’ve stayed at. The hotel was very well maintained, and everything felt fresh and spotless. Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn breakfast—perfectly adequate, but nothing particularly special or different from what you would normally expect. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"There were 2 weddings on the property, therefore the restaurant and bar was closed to guests. There was a makeshift bar in the lobby with minimal places to sit. The hotel itself was clean and front desk staff was very helpful"

"Free parking and the location we great. The lobby didn’t look bad but the rooms are not the cleanest and very outdated. The bed was comfortable but there were random stains on the walls. The Bathroom tub had tile peeling up, rust on the corners of the tub and rusted towel holders. I booked this I will not be booking again."
