The pool is down for maintenance, the breakfast was bagged, the hot water was not hot, there was barely any water pressure and there was construction at 8 am that was pounding metal all morning.

I rented 2 suites for 2 days. Wanted a place with a pool and breakfast. Pool was not working,The front of hotel had overflowing trash and grounds were full of trash.one of the rooms the fridge didn't work.Toilet paper was low and had to go to desk for moreone room key didn't work and had to go to desk 3 times. Breakfast was in a room with no heat. The served powdered eggs with too much water burnt sausage toast with butter. Beverages were coffee,milk in a very dirty pitcher or lemonade. Second day breakfast was in a paper bag you had to pick up at desk in the morning. Room was run down and outdated. Very disappointed overall for the price i paid Poor management. I feel i should get refund on some of what I paid

I had to switch my room three times and even when I was at the last room, there was blood stains on the pullout sofa, there was no hot water when taking a shower, the room was outdated, when turning up the heat, the rooms never got warm so it was chilli, the cheese, always deactivated so we had to go back downstairs to get the reactivate every time we wanted to go in and out of our rooms

I chose this hotel for the pool, pool was closed the whole trip. No heat in 2/3 rooms, and found a pair of dirty used underwear behind the pillows in our “cleaned room” I would not stay here again, and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Nourriture du buffet froide et servie à température pièce. Salle très froide, au point où les clients devaient garder leur manteau pour manger. Es gab an den ersten Zwei Tagen kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Die Zimmertür war nicht richtig zu und es schien immer Licht herein. Das Bad war alt und überall Rost und Schimmel. Frühstück hat den Namen nicht verdient.

We booked this hotel because of the pool. it was closed for maintenance the entire time and the handle was removed from the door it doesn't seem like the pool was ever going to be open. There was a large crack across the entire inside of the door that looked like a previous force entry the condition of the room was shabby with paint flaking from the ceiling and what looked like blood stains on the lower portion of the curtains on the window. The water was cool to Luke warm for showers. The condition of the breakfast area was pretty dirty at times, in The Breakfast pictured is not what we experience was just greasy sausage and watery eggs all three days. We checked out with the feeling that the reality of this hotel was nothing like the advertisement. The one positive thing I would say is that the staff were very kind people.

c’est un bon hôtel, mais avec plusieurs points à améliorer. On remarque que l’hôtel est assez vieux et qu’il n’y a pas eu de rénovations récentes. Cela dit, on voit clairement que des efforts sont faits pour le garder propre, malgré son âge. À ce niveau-là, rien à redire. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : accueillant, souriant et très serviable. Je n’ai absolument aucun commentaire négatif à faire à leur sujet. Il y a des points importants à améliorer. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très pauvre et manque beaucoup de variété. C’est, selon moi, un des plus gros points faibles de l’hôtel. Dans les chambres, le système de chauffage/climatisation est très bruyant. Le bruit était tellement dérangeant que nous étions obligés de l’éteindre la nuit pour pouvoir dormir. Autre point négatif : Il n'avait de système d’aération dans la salle de bain,et comme elle est dans l’espace de couchage, une ventilation serait vraiment nécessaire. Concernant le prix, je comprends que nous étions dans une période très achalandée (Nouvel An), où les tarifs sont plus élevés partout. Toutefois, je trouve que le prix payé était un peu élevé par rapport aux services et au confort offerts.

The room was filthy and disgusting, the front desk was rude. Room was freezing and heater was not in function. Dirty towels, smelled also. Horrible stay and experience

Door lock to room malfunctioned and we sat in the hallway for 45 minutes waiting to get into our room after midnight. Other problems with lock during trip that didn’t take quite as long to resolve. Windows cracked. Door to bathroom got stuck with son inside. Continental breakfast was extremely lacking.

No hot water most of our weekend. When we were in the lobby, we overheard the company they called to look at the boiler tell the front desk “once again we come out here and tell you the same thing, there isn’t anything wrong with your boiler, you need an additional one to keep up with building size when it’s at capacity” He proceeded to tell her that a quote has been given to supervisor a couple times already before.

Pool was closed for maintenance during our entire trip and we did not receive prior notice. We booked here specifically for an indoor pool. Room was decently clean; however many spots all over the walls and floor.

The upkeep of the hotel was underwhelming. The tub had rust in it there were stains on the wall, the shower function in the tub was hard to manage. We had to change rooms and the second room was not any better. The breakfast was awful. Would not stay here again. There was mold like stains in the hallway and in passing a room had a door that was split from left to right.
