"Staff was great but the hotel is run down. There was only one working elevator. The beds were awful. Both sunk significantly in the middle. The pullout sofa had a super, super thin mattress. You could feel the metal springs when you laid on it. We had to cram into the regular beds which were not much better. The breakfast in the morning was ok. The waffles were great but the eggs and sausage were awful. No amount of salt or pepper made it better. The shower in the morning was luke...

"A chair in the living room was broken. If a heavy person sat in it, it could break completely. The sofa was old and sat about 8 inches off the floor. We mentioned this as we left. The hotel is being upgraded, we were told, and it should be completed this this year. It is a pleasant & convenient place to stay other than the probems we encountered."

"Where do I start? The hotel is OLD.. I mean wallpaper peeling, pleather headboard peeling, pleather chair all ripped up. TV had a huge spot of dead pixels. NONE of the outlets worked on the nightstand. When we brought it up to the front desk we where given pieces of plastic to shove in the outlets. The lights also didn't work.
